Julia McCurdie is a trained vocalist with a long history of participation in the Miss America Organization. She competed as a contestant continually from age 16 to 22, and in 2015 won her first title of "Miss Anaheim." There she also took home awards for Top Talent score and highest overall Academic Achievement. She then went on to compete in Fresno at the Miss California pageant, where she placed as a Top 15 Semi-finalist. Post-pageantry, Julia put her scholarship awards toward a Communications degree from California State University Fullerton, and has continued at her job of 5 years as a performer in a featured role at popular tourist attraction, Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. Now recently no longer of eligible age to compete, Julia is very excited to return to the pageant stage as a first-time emcee, and to co-host with Paul-Dean Martin who was also the host of the Miss Anaheim Pageant the year Julia was crowned.
