Miss Eligibility
Miss Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, and Canyon Hills
Age (18 - 28 years of age)

Must be at least nineteen (19) years of age on December 31st in the calendar year of the State Competition in which she competes;

Must not be older than twenty-eight (28) years of age as of December 31st in the calendar year of the State Competition in which she competes

For the avoidance of doubt, Candidate cannot turn twenty-seven (27) years of age at any time during the calendar year in which she could compete at the State Competition. (Calendar Year defined as January 1st through December 31st).

For the avoidance of doubt, Candidate cannot be eighteen (18) years of age on December 31st in the year she could compete at the State Competition. If the candidate is eighteen (18) years of age on December 31st in the year she could compete at the State Competition, then she must compete in the MAOTeen program;
Residence - Miss Anaheim (Local)

Must be a resident of Anaheim or reside within the boundaries of the Anaheim Union High School District for at least 30 days prior to the first day of competition of the local program

Or - has attended school in Anaheim or in an Anaheim Union High School District school and is currently physically attending classes.

Or - must attend college full-time at California State University - Fullerton, Fullerton College, or Biola University.

Or - must wok 32-40 hours per week in the city of Anaheim

Never been married

Not the adoptive parent of any child

Never been convicted of a crime and there are no criminal charges or investigations pending

Has never performed any act that would be characterized as dishonest, immoral, or indecent.

In good health

Does not use or consume any illegal, controlled, or dangerous substances or abuse the use of alcohol or other dangerous substances.

Must be a resident of California for at least 30 days prior to the first day of competition of the local program

Or - Is enrolled in and is physically attending school in California.

Or - must wok 32-40 hours per week in California.
